BNB Bank respects the trust our customers place in us, and the confidential nature of information our customers share with us through their banking relationship. In the normal course of banking operations, it is both necessary that we communicate information to or about our customers, and sometimes mandatory that the bank provide information to the “outside”. Examples of this include: the mailing of account statements and loan information to customers, responding to subpoenas, requests from bank regulators or other legally required disclosures of information, credit reporting, and risk management. In addition, customers may authorize the sharing of information for credit references, to enable payments by check or credit card, or for other business transactions.

These are some examples of the appropriate use of customer information. BNB conducts such business within the framework of respect for the confidential nature of the information being provided and circumstances requiring disclosure.
