Fees
There are no application fee or lender points.
The SBA charges a fee for the
portion of the loan they guaranty, ranging from approximately 2 to 3.75%.
Other Requirements
Business must meet SBA size standard for small business.
Must meet BNB & SBA credit criteria.
If startup or acquisition, borrower
will be required to contribute at
least 10% of the start up capital.
