I switched to BNB because I was tired of ‘big bank’ treatment. My branch manager is always there for me with good advice. For example, I mentioned that I sometimes overdraw my checking account accidentally so she recommended a line of credit. It’s a really useful tool. The people at BNB know me well, and I’m confident that they’ll always be there for me if I need them.
